Information Security Engineer - Germany - €40-75k + Benefits

My client is a leading provider of Online Social Games to the Global Market. They have created a broad portfolio of games that appeal to a wide audience globally they also allow for external developers to publish their games. Due to growing demands of the business they are currently looking for an Information Security Engineer to join their team in Munich, Germany.

You will be the sole point of contact for all Internal Security and Compliance aswell as working with the German Government to ensure compliance. You will be reporting to the CEO, COO and CTO to improve current practices and procedures aswell as carrying out IT Security Audits.

Responsibilities:
" Central contact for IT security within the company.
" Identify and analyze the current security gaps.
" Develop proposals, documentation and tools to improve IT Security.
" Creation of rules and guidelines for the prevention of safety problems.
" Planning and implementation of organizational and technical security measures.
" Train staff and set rules of conduct.
" Carry out audits for new and existing tools and products.
" Support the Legal Department and work with the German Government to ensure Security.

Proven Ability:
" Proven ability in network engineering, security and system administration.
" Knowledge of firewall, IDS and prevention of attacks DDOS.
" Comprehensive knowledge of legal aspects (GRC) and current safety standards Processes (eg ISO, BSI, PCI-DSS).
" Proven ability of speaking German to a commercial level is required.
" Certification of payment processes beneficial.

A knowledge and passion for online gaming is beneficial.
