 Plan and manage the smooth transition of practitioners into client projects
 Liase with Heads of Sector, MPs, Sales and Business Development to create timely resource allocation plans

Planning
§Own the overall resource plan including forecasting and scenario planning to ensure that the correct resources are available to support project starts
§Liase with key stakeholders to ensure that client requirements are satisfied and that there is clarity around how and when people will be deployed
§Manage, engage and disengage with Associates as required to ensure capacity and utilisation rates are maintained
§Understand the wider consulting community and gather intelligence on competitors, clients and markets to fully understand potential resourcing requirements.
