Role purpose
To deliver our client’s service in line with their brand values and to promote suitable products that meets the customers’ needs. This is done predominantly over the telephone, with some contact through other channels, ensuring each interaction has provided all the information needed for the customer to make the most of our clients service and products.

Accountabilities
• To communicate with customers clearly, and simply, using appropriate tone, pace and language. This is predominately inbound telephone calls with some outbound calls and other contact channels (voice and written communications).
