Role purpose
To deliver our client’s service in line with their brand values and to promote suitable products that meets the customers’ needs. This is done predominantly over the telephone, with some contact through other channels, ensuring each interaction has provided all the information needed for the customer to make the most of our clients service and products.

Accountabilities
• To communicate with customers clearly, and simply, using appropriate tone, pace and language. This is predominately inbound telephone calls with some outbound calls and other contact channels (voice and written communications).
• To use every interaction with a customer as an opportunity to build a relationship, identify their needs, promote and cross sell relevant products
• To competently deal with customers’ enquiries effectively and deliver a memorable experience first time, every time
• To complete all tasks within regulatory and internal guidelines
• To be proactive in channelling feedback from customers and self in order to develop products and processes
