SERVICE DEVELOPMENT MANAGER - RAIL Up to £30K + Benefits Based in South London THE COMPANY An exciting opportunity has arisen within a leading train operating company (TOC) who require an experienced Service Development Manager to ensure the network is performing to the highest possible standards. THE ROLE This Service Development Manager will be: - Ensuring they make the best use of their resources and continue to maximise customer satisfaction across the network. - Developing new service proposals - Taking account of timetabling, train crew and rolling stock constraints - Carrying out detailed loadings and revenue analysis and make sure they always comply with their Service Level Commitment requirements - Liaising closely with the Service Analysis Manager and the Permanent Planning team. THE PERSON The ideal Service Development Manager must have: - A detailed appreciation of the key contracts - especially Schedules 4 & 5 of the Track Access Contract and franchise agreements - Excelle
