For a global client, we are currently looking for an experienced Solution Architect who will be responsible for planning, designing, developing and implementing significant and complex IT Management Solutions. As the technical expert and guide for the project team, you will be acting as an advisor for the client and technical teams, translating business needs into IT solutions and working with bid teams to provide architectural services. The role will involve the following:

Leading the IT Management Architecture within the sales teams
Liaising with clients in pre-sales and project phases to define and implement an IT Management Solution for IT infrastructure
Turning business requirements into technical and functional specifications
Participating in presentations, proposals, scoping, roadmaps and initial deployment phases
Working with the customer during architecture and set up to ensure satisfaction
Advising on technological advancements and technologies / methodologies relating to architecture in the market place

The ideal candidate will have the following experience:

Proven experience in the field of IT Architecture and IT Management
Experience within the Service, System and Network Management (IT Infrastructure and back-office) field
ITIL Service Management qualifications
Experience with pre-sales activities
Experience with various Architecture Implementation methodologies
Specific industry knowledge

Fluency in Dutch will be preferred and the ideal candidate will also be required to undertake some national and international travel as part of the role.
