Our client is a top Global Processing Company and they are looking for a Managing Consultant/Advisor with proven experience within marketing.
The Advisor will be focusing on delivery productized services (information enabled services) within the Marketing Services. The marketing services group provides creative support across all phases of the customer relationship, from acquisition through portfolio optimization and conversion, and helps customers on a global scale to improve the performance of their portfolios by identifying the right type of offer, usage expansion, and cross-sell opportunities, develop creative aspect of activation activities and maximizing portfolio conversion.
The responsibilities include:
• Supporting the development and delivery of commercial solution services offerings through day-t-day tactical activities.
• Builds knowledge of commercial segments across one or two regions to align marketing offerings with commercial preferences and articulates the marketing, cost and revenue drivers of commercial behavioural shifts to align marketing as well as product service offerings to client needs.
• Supports the development of go-to-market plans for product/feature/functionality of the commercial solution services portfolio or offering
• Conduct market research to analyze the competitive and market landscape to develop findings and recommendations for new products and enhancements to existing ones.
The ideal candidate will have:
• At least 5 years experience
• Banking background
• Experience on business and/or corporate card products
• Previous experience with processors and cash management a plus
• Some experience with management information tools is preferred
• Global work-experience
• Multiple languages a plus
• Bachelor degree
