Mathematical Modeling C++ Cambridge

C++ mathematical software engineers are required to join an award winning scientific software house based in Cambridgeshire.

Working alongside the industries best, my client is looking for extremely talented and highly academic graduates to work on numerically accurate algorithm projects. The successful candidates will be involved in tackling complex tasks including mathematical modeling and analysis using the latest cutting edge technologies alongside development and technical support colleagues. You will be involved in the full software development lifecycle including designing, developing, testing and debugging existing and newly developed scientific software.

The ideal candidate will have at least a 2:1 degree in mathematics, computer science or numerical discipline with a background in C++ / Java programming. Knowledge of some the following skill sets would be highly advantageous: C++, Matlab, Femlab, CAD, CAM, SQL, UNIX, Fortran. Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary for this role.
