Cambridgeshire based scientific software house is looking for a talented C++ software engineer to further enhance their existing database applications. Working alongside a team of award winning scientists you will help maintain and enhance cutting edge database applications in SQL, Perl, Python, C++ and other languages as needed.

The ideal Candidate will have a degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physical Sciences or related discipline. You will have extensive experience with Microsoft SQL and web-based database application development. Commercial experience with the following skills is highly advantageous: Perl, Python, XML, CVS, TFS, Linux, Multi-threading, Parallel Design and Implementation.
