Business Support Analyst on the ICTS/Tradecapture system required working for a leading global oil company, you will be working from their Switzerland based office, which is within a 10% personal tax zone, this post comes with a relocation allowance, attractive salary of £75,000 - £80,000 (equivalent in Swiss Franks) plus all other benefits that you would expect from a global organisation. The Business Support Analyst will be required to have significant knowledge of the ICTS/Tradecaputre system to enable them to support the trading operations of the business in terms of delivering on going support and improvements to current platforms. You will be required to multitask across several business areas including being able to maximise leveraging of the trading system (ICTS/Tradecaputre) by the business function, provide application support to trading system (ICTS/Tradecaputre) and the systems associated with defined business functions to standard business operating practices. Appropriate identification and leverage of potential alternative tools to suit business function requirements. You will be accountable for developing and executing planned project delivery.
Our client requires the Business Support Analyst to have a minimum level of practical experience in the support of the hydrocarbon trading system (ICTS/Tradecaputre) for a mid to large organisation with multiple locations, practical experience of leading teams or Hydrocarbon trading system-related projects being able to demonstrate increasing levels of responsibility. You must excellent communication skills, fluent within the English language in all aspects Reading, Writing and presentation skills.
