THE COMPANY
Leading global IT company who are seeking to be one of the dominant players in the datacentre automation field. Already hugely successful and able to offer great customers and opportunities to work with.

THE ROLE
Your role would be to act as a technical authority / presales consultant. You will be the technical lead on sales engagements- presenting the technical argument on large complex software deals. You will be talking with the senior technical people in large datacentres helping them to understand how to get the best advantage from Datacentre Automation Technology and then demonstating on their systems how it actually works. (Proof of Concept)

PROFILE REQUIRED
Suitable applicants will have in depth UNIX skills to include Scripting and bare metal provisioning. A UNIX systems administration or engineering background is essential. Ideally you will have some skills with databases, integration software and networking. In short a significant base of knowledge in a broad base of technologies is required as you will be advising on integrating the automation products into complex and varied environments. This role might also suit experienced systems administrators who have worked in complex datacenter environments and feel that they’d like a career change. You should also enjoy dealing with customers and people in general so that you can handle the pre-sales / technical consultancy element of this role.
