Service Design Analyst - Oxfordshire or Hampshire
Global leading provider of I.T & Facilities Services to both the public and private sector is urgently seeking a Service Design Analyst to join their established teams based out of Oxfordshire and Hampshire. As a Service Design Analyst you will be part of a team carrying out the analysis and assessment of the service management architecture
Your role will be responsible for detailed analysis of the customers organisation, its service delivery, functional processes and operations so as to aid the development of service delivery models which influence strategic decisions for future transformation.

As a potential candidate you should be able to demonstrate a background in service design with the ability to carry out analysis from either a service management or business process perspective. Along with this experience of appropriate modelling tools, frameworks and a desire to apply analysis and modelling to solve problems is required.
