Project Co-ordinator - Telephony - Middlesex
Our client a FTSE100 company is looking for a suitable candidate to fill the following vacancy :-
Provide support to Programme Management Office with focus on projects within the Telephony area. Act as focal point for programme management controls. Provide support to Project Manager & programme management team in maintaining & monitoring programme controls and reporting. Support the Project manager in ensuring implementation.
Proposed Deliverables
Co-ordinate & monitor Risk, Issue & Assumption Controls
Co-ordinate & monitor product/deliverable quality reviews & configuration management controls
Project & Programme Reporting
Programme meeting co-ordination & minutes
Management of Project Finance including raising Purchase orders in SAP
Project plans & milestone tracking
Skills Required
Experience in project and programme co-ordination
Product Quality Review Co-ordination
Configuration Management & Document Library Co-ordination
Change Control Co-ordination
Risk, Issue and Assumptions co-ordination
Project Reporting
Project Planning, Dependency & Resource management
Meeting Management & Minute/Action taking
Excellent written & verbal communication skills
