PRINCIPAL SOFTWARE ENGINEER / HERTFORDSHIRE / £NEG

* World leader seeks PRINCIPAL SOFTWARE ENGINEER to join their existing team
* Key role which includes the design, development, test & maintenance of Software
* Must have knowledge of full software lifecycle with significant development experience in C, C++
* Additional languages such as Java beneficial
* Design using UML methodology, preferably using Enterprise Architect
* Software Configuration Management, preferably using ClearCase & ClearQuest
* Knowledge of protocols such as XML, SNMP, TCP/IP also beneficial
