Global leading provider of i.T & Facilities Management urgently requires an I.T Team Leader to join their established systems administration department based in Portsmouth, Hampshire.

Your role as an I.T Team Leader will play an integral part to the on-going success of my client and their work, you will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership and direction of support to core services, including problem resolution, patch management, project support and service delivery.
Key responsibilities:
* Assess, identify and develop team skills
* Lead, schedule and co-ordinate daily systems maintenance
* Lead internal projects
* Produce system upgrade plans, patches and maintenance
* Assist and manage complex technical solutions

As a potential candidate you should be able to demonstrate a strong background in I.T Team LEadership coupled with a good technical background in systems administration with ideally certification in either, CCNA, MCSE or Linux RHCE.
