Are you an experienced Global Support Manager? Are you looking to join an Expanding Global Software Company with a dominant market presence within the Financial Services industry?
THE COMPANY in question carries a dominant market share of over 35% in the transaction Lifecycle Management arena, and they work alongside many of the World’s largest Financial Institutions. They are looking to add an experienced, driven and ambitious Global Support Manager/Technical Support Manager to play a pivotal role in their Global expansion plan.
The IDEAL CANDIDATE will have a strong track record in Support Management, will have worked within a Global, 24/7 enterprise wide environment, and will have experience of dealing with Mission Critical situations. ITIL certification, SLA setting and customer facing experience would be extremely beneficial and an in depth knowledge of the Finance/Banking industry is essential. German Language skills are also desirable. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to manage a team encompassing over 20 experienced technical support professionals.
