Business Analyst / Project Manager - Correlation Trading/Credit Derivatives

Our client is looking for an experienced Business Analyst/Project Manager to fill the following requirement :-

The responsibilities would include the following:
· Identify opportunities for optimisation of business processes and more effective use of systems.
· Review business strategy in relation to current and future business requirements.
· Manage user expectations with regards to system enhancements
· Detail project vision, scope and business cases in the form of both formal and informal proposals.
· Communicate business requirements to developers and testers. Work closely with project team throughout the development and testing cycle to refine/clarify requirements as necessary.
· Liaise with users, front-to-back, ensuring system enhancements meet the business goals and expectations
· Identify and propose solutions to the business requirements

Most desirable profiles include the following:
· Experience as Business Analyst in Credit Derivatives IT in blue chip houses working with FO Correlation Trading
· Strong analysis, design, test skills
· Highly delivery focussed with track record of rapid and excellent results
· Strong communication and management skills - including the ability to deal effectively with traders and business managers (and IT), incl. a mix of professionals from diverse backgrounds
· Good knowledge of Correlation Trading products (bespoke corporate and ABS CDOs, CLNs, vanilla products, etc.)
· Educated to at least Bachelor’s degree level, but preferably higher, at a leading university
· Good communication skills
