Batch Analyst - Middlesex

Our client a FTSE100 company is looking for a suitable candidate to fill the following requirement :-

1st & 2nd level operations position. Ability to monitor business critical systems and resolve where toolset, knowledge and documentation dictates and escalate to 3rd level support groups where resolution is not possible at initial level’s. Operating to tight SLA levels, in an ITIL driven major computer centre.

Skill Set Desired

HP Openview Tool
BMC Patrol or similar
UNIX (HP & Solaris)
TWS / Maestro Scheduling Tool
VMS knowledge
Strong analytical skills
Good understanding of operational best practises / ITIL
KANA Knowledge Management Tool
General PC and MS Office Suite skills
Utilities background would be a bonus
