Globally recognised provider of I.T & Facilities services urgently requires an Applications & Infrastructure Manager to join their established team in Fareham, Hampshire.

This position offers a rare opportunity for an experienced Applications & Infrastructure Manager who wishes to progress their career forward and join a progressive company involved in some of the most prestigious and well documented I.T contracts available.

As a member of the management team your role will be pivotal to the on-going success of my clients key contract, typically on a day-to-day basis you will manage the technical and service direction including all the related processes and procedures, you will provide technical governance and engage with technical leads to further enhance I.T capabilities and conduct regular reviews to identify improvement areas.

This position requires candidates who are looking to build a long term career and utilise their skills within both a challenging and rewarding environment.
My client is looking for candidates who can demonstrate a strong technical awareness in a management capacity and an ability to be viewed as a leader, influencer and mentor. As this role is within an ITIL environment candidates would be expected to have an in-depth knowledge of this framework along with a strong background in either desktop engineering or application packaging and ideally WISE Package Studio or LANDesk.
