We are seeking a successful 3rd Line Support Engineer to join a dynamic company based in Hertfordshire, offering a competitive salary between £28-£35K, based on experience.

Overview
The 3rd line Support Engineers’ role is to support company employees and work on project related tasks when needed. This is a team based role but you will also need to be happy and able to work on your own.

As a 3rd Line Support Engineer you will be responsible for:
Availability and maintenance of the Infrastructure
LAN,WAN, Windows Server, Exchange Server, SQL Server and telephony, Citrix
Able to analyse, design and commission improvements to technology for the benefit of the business
Basic skills in TCP/IP, IP, MPLS, OSPF or similar
DHCP, DNS
Any Service Delivery experience a bonus
Also the opportunity to work on SAN, Firewall, VoIP etc.

As a 3rd Line Support Engineer you must have experience in:
3rd line support
Windows 2003
Exchange
SQL Server
IIS
Citrix
BackupExec (or similar product)
