Support Engineer with knowledge of UNIX, SQL and/or Oracle has an excellent opportunity to work within this world leader in the provision of risk management software solutions to the telecommunication and financial sectors. As a member of the Support Team you will be acting as a technical support representative, supporting both internal (sales, project, deployment and configuration teams) and external customers. You will have drive and enthusiasm to take on this interesting and varied role where personality is as important as skill.
It is essential that you have a customer support background, ideally, but not essential, in a technical environment. You will be a problem solver, highly motivated and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Along with being methodical in your approach and having a team spirit you will also be able to work on your own initiative. Any experience of Unix and/or Oracle would be highly advantageous.
