Duties: * Dealing with incoming insurance enquiries both face to face and
over the telephone.
* Delivering excellent customer service and advising customers of
various insurance products available to them.
* Build and develop strong relationships professionally
managing the customers needs and requirements
* Work within a friendly team and assisting colleagues where
necessary.
