My client is a very successful recruitment consultancy, who are seeking a highly experienced person to run, control and manage all of their in house recruitment for their 3 branches across London and the Home Counties.
This is a very challenging role. The successful candidate must be dynamic, self motivated and experienced in recruiting personnel at all levels in a commercial environment.
As a new role, you will need to set up procedures, work with line management, run campaigns, interview, set up an induction programme and if you wish to expand the role, you could run sales training courses. Recruiting personnel at all levels including Senior Management, all levels of consultants, Business Development Executives, Key Account Manager, Administrators and Resourcers
