We are currently recruiting for an experienced HR Manager for a permanent opportunity in Bristol.
The role will be responsible for providing an all round HR service including, succession planning, performance management and absence management. The successful candidate will create and maintain effective working relationships with Senior Management to guide them on the application of HR processes in order to improve performance.
Other responsibilities will include providing HR support for the recruitment process in terms of interviewing, negotiation of offers, preparing contracts etc, supporting managers of employee relations including performance management, succession planning, training and development etc.
In providing a full HR service, overseeing joiner, leavers, induction process design and implementation as well as preparing and analysing HR information will also be in the remit of the HR Manager.
Candidates need to be working towards, or fully CIPD qualified and have previously worked in a fast paced HR Environment. It is essential that you have proven Operational HR Management knowledge including performance management, discipline and grievance procedures, maternity policies etc. Other skills essential are good IT skills, full working knowledge of employment law and workforce planning, employee relations and change management. Candidates should have worked independently covering all aspects of HR and have experience with Tupe transfer.
