Business Analysts from varied levels of previous experience ideally with a background within the financial Life and Pensions industry.
I am looking for someone that provides courteous, prompt, and accurate support to customers; solves customers’ immediate problems, is influential in these areas, helping to shape decisions and to decide on approaches.
I am also looking for an individual that has experience of successful projects and has taken responsibility for areas of the technical work.
You will a minimum of 3 years financial Services industry knowledge
Relevant business experience in the life & pensions business
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Prepared to work independently and as part of a team and be a confident and efficient critical business thinker, with good problem-solving, decision-making and judgement skills
An ability to spot opportunities for improved efficiency
Good negotiating skills
The winning applicant MUST be capable of working with others in very stressful situations and show great restrain and professionalism when customers are being demanding.
