Our client is a successful independent consultancy with particular expertise in the waste management and brownfield land development sectors. It is now seeking a Principal Consultant to join the waste management team.
You will primarily assist with and project manage regulatory permit applications to support the development of major waste management facilities, including landfill sites, waste recycling/treatment plants and contaminated land remediation schemes. The work will include the preparation of Environmental Permit applications and Planning applications.
This role requires someone with significant experience in the field of waste regulation. You will also be qualified to degree level in Geological Sciences, Chemistry or Civil Engineering.
