Our client is one of the UK’s largest multi disciplinary consultancy. This is a vacancy to work on secondment with one of its sister companies as a Performance/Compliance Manager based in London. You will produce, coordinate and maintain the QMS, Environmental and Health and Safety audit programmes and organise the auditing for the internal system. You will liaise with partner company quality departments to coordinate their audit contracts and liaise with external auditors to carry out annual external audits in line with the programme. You will be responsible for keeping, updating and chasing the corrective action log and for maintaining and updating compliance matrix and auditing elements of the compliance matrix in accordance with the audit programme. Along with this you will coordinate audits for the Health and Safety Manager, ensure H&S procedures are complied with and attend quarterly H&S forum meetings. You will also support the finance sample audits in accordance with financial procedures and support contract/finance audits.
Our client is looking for an environmental champion with experience in development and administration of Performance Management Systems and quality, safety and environmental plans, audits and corrective actions. You will have experience of managing and reporting on key performance indicator and promote continuous improvement.
