Composting Site Manager – Waste Management Northamptonshire c£35,000 + Car + Benefits

We are currently seeking to recruit an experienced Compositing Site Manager to oversee the daily operation of a large composting facility in Northamptonshire.

You will take charge of the day to day management of waste inputs, compost outputs and staff on site ensuring all work is completed efficient, safety and in line with strict environmental rules and regulations. Daily duties would include organising maintenance of plant and equipment, sampling waste/ compost, liaising with internal departments, external agencies and community groups and keeping records and databases up to date.

To be considered for this role you must have experience of composting, food waste, animal-by-products and hold a relevant technical qualification, preferably COTC (4COMP).

The package on offer to the successful candidate includes of up to £35,000 depending on experience plus Car and Benefits.
