Used Serviceable Product Leaders are now required to provide Supply Chain and Customer Service support for the Used Serviceable Products at this leading international energy services company based near Baden in Switzerland.
As the Used Serviceable Product Leader you will provide an open communication channel between customers, agents and third parties. You will administrate and maintain co-ordination, review and reporting in respect to the contracts and agreements within the area of responsibility, communicated in a timely and effective manner. You will maintain an effective process supporting credit control activity; highlight, monitor and minimize exposure to elements of sales and cost that negatively impact gross margin potential on contracts and actively participate in an effective contract review process that delivers customer satisfaction. You will also maintain accurate records within the SAP system including dates, quantities and values relative to processing of orders. The Used Serviceable Product Leader will ensure customer complaint and warranty orders are registered in Q-pulse in a timely and accurate manner. You will ensure the proper acknowledgement is completed and support the business in resolution to the issue raised. In addition, cost estimates (where required) should be advised to finance for provision on the company accounts.
Further responsibilities will include supporting the evaluation, preparation and submission of enquiries and quotations in co-operation with the sales department. You will carry out post sale follow-up activity according to ISO 9000/2000 requirements in co-operation with quality assurance. Moreover, you will process stock purchase requisitions in accordance with agreed procedures and process value add repair contracts in accordance with agreed procedures. You will also manage and maintain the used parts stock register database including warehouse status.
For this role you will need experience/knowledge of delivery of process improvement through efficiency measurement techniques towards improved customer satisfaction. Customer Care skills are very important in order to deal with difficult situations with confidence and tact. You will also require commercial awareness in applying knowledge to business issues. Excellent communication skills through the use of modern methods and techniques are also important for this role. You will need knowledge of quality and total quality management philosophy and application of latest industry standards ISO9000/2000. success. Effective time management skills by combining the need to meet deadlines with correct forward planning are necessary. Successful candidates will also need excellent computing skills developed through the advanced use of Microsoft Office applications.
