Our client is a provider of facilities solutions to the Oil & Gas production and processing industries.

The role

Due to continued growth a Senior Piping Materials Engineer is required to work on projects in the UK and overseas. 

Reporting to the Lead/Principal Engineer, you will provide support with technical bid evaluations, review vendor documentation and comments to ensure design conformance.  You will support and organise the preparation of the Technical Document Register, including: identify requirements and scope or work; review basis of design, philosophies, specifications, and other relevant documents.

The candidate

You will be of Degree education in Mechanical Engineering or HNC/HND equivalent.  You will have experience of working in the Oil & Gas industry either in an engineering or client organisation.  It is required that you will have an indepth knowledge of standard international specifications and codes, as well as exposure to Consultancy, FEED/Detailed Design and EPC projects.
