Working with our client, a vacancy exists for a Project Services Manager for an offshore pipeline project. This is a contract position based in Russia.
Reporting to the Project Manager, you will provide a comprehensive project controls function for the project, including project planning, progress measurement and reporting, budgeting and cost control, resource planning and document control. As well as this you will be required to provide a contract and subcontract administration function for the project.
To be considered for this role you will have experience on offshore Oil & Gas projects. You will hold a relevant qualification and be proficient in cost & planning software tools.
This position would initially be based in Moscow and then mobilise to Sakhalin.
Rotation cycle:
Moscow – home every 4 weeks for weekend
Sakhalin – 6/2
