My rail client requires a Project Manager to look after their Spares & Repairs business unit. Candidates applying will be responsible for managing all aspects of Customer Spares and Repairs, providing customers with a single point of contact for spares and repairs, and ensuring the quality, cost and delivery targets are met.

With a focus on the critical path, project planning and excellent communication skills, you will be building on successful customer relationships in rail and defence markets.

Working with an engineering team assigned to your portfolio, you will already be working with in a design for manufacture environment. You will be challenged with introducing cost effective new designs, to facilitating and manufacturing a superb engineering approach.

Candidates applying may already work in defence or rail but we would encourage applications from candidates working in marine, aerospace and automotive industries as well.

This is a permanent position paying up to £42k plus solid benefits. The role is based in Staffordshire.
