My Client is a specialist process solutions provider, drawing on expertise in effluent, wastewater and waste treatment to evaluate specific site requirements and install custom designed processes.

They design and build turnkey treatment systems, and have significant expertise in a range of advanced process technologies.

They currently have a requirement for a Project Engineer to work within a small dynamic team based in Oxfordshire. UK wide travel will be required to visit clients/site installations, with occasional travel to the head office. Management of a number of projects as instructed by the Project Manager, each varying in size and complexity, throughout the full life cycle of the project to a satisfactory conclusion.

Use of AutoCAD LT for the production of P&I diagrams, site layouts, general
arrangement and mechanical/pipework installation drawings is required. Other duties will include carrying out detailed site surveys, overseeing the construction and M&E installation phases of projects on site. Selection of equipment and preparation of associated documentation for the installation phases, including Health and Safety documentation as required.

Candidates will be qualified to at least HNC level in a Mechanical or Civil
Engineering discipline and preferably have suitable experience with Electrical
engineering, Health and Safety and the current CDM regulations.

Experience gained within the Industrial/Municipal water treatment sector is essential.

A proactive approach combined with good interpersonal skills, and the ability to work as part of a team, or alone, is essential for the success of this position. The successful candidate, reporting to the UK General Manager, will receive in depth training. Although not a prerequisite for the position, being able to communicate in German would be beneficial.

Salary: £31,000 - £36,000 + Benefits
