We are currently looking to recruit a Senior Supervisor/ Production Manager for a Telford based machines company. Key Result areas. Responsible for all aspects of production up to final processing. Ensure manufacturing Director is informed of any factors that may affect the planned outcome. This is a hands on role and your production performance is still the principle role. Ensure all production targets are met inline with the company promise. Stand in for manufacturing director for holidays or absence. This will require the knowledge to update the planning schedule and date for despatch work that is not in stock. Requisition any material needs during this time as required. (training for this element is provided), oversee all manufactured output to verify quality compliance. and all other associated duties. Salary ranges from £19,000-£21,000 depending on experience.
