We are looking for an experienced Systems Architect / Systems Engineer to integrate software into high integrity systems. Very interesting and challenging projects. Ideal background will be from defence, aerospace, transport, offshore, telecoms or another other high integrity environment.

Principal Systems Architect / Systems Engineer - Bristol - to £55k + bens - Summary:-

To undertake system / software design, development, integration and test activities across a range of transport projects. The role will include: (experience of some or all of:)
• Requirements capture and analysis.
• System / Hardware and Software Architecture and detailed design.
• System / Hardware and Software development.
• System / Hardware and Software validation and verification (unit, module, integration, system and acceptance testing).
• Use of OOD/OOA and UML.
• UML, Enterprise Architecture, Database and web applications.
• Systems Engineering (HW & SW) life-cycle.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies, ideally PRINCE2
• COTS H/W platforms
