A Mechanical Production Engineer require for a 6 month contract down in Dorset. The mechanical production engineer will be employed on a fixed term contract basis where you will employed directly by the client.

Working for a market leading provider of equipment and high accuracy imaging equipment. Being the only site in the UK working along side a strong presence throughout Europe, they design and manufacture the special purpose machinery for a variety of applications.

The mechanical production engineer will have a minimum of an HNC or 2/3 years experience in an engineering environment. With Pro Engineer wildfire experience. Having a background with seeing a product from design through to manufacture and understanding manufacturing methods would be an advantage.

You will designing , developing and testing mechanical devices and structures. Utilizing Pro Engineer wildfire working on development and engineering projects from cradle to grave. You will be expected to liaise with suppliers, members of the team and vendors to update the specifications.
