Innovative engineering company designing and manufacturing both high and low volume electromechanical devices.. The Product consists of PCB contained within plastic moulded or cast housings. You will work with design, sales and customer support delivering on Quality, cost and on time.

Key responsibilities:-
·Daily production line support, ensuring effective running of production processes whilst maintaining target yield levels.
·Standardisation of key work practises in production such as PM schedules, test methodologies, data analysis and interpretation and data reporting.
·Work with WIP tracking systems to capture key production data such as scrap, rework, failure modes and yields.
·Help to define key projects to improve products failing to achieve defined target levels.
·Develop production test specifications by product to ensure 100% compliance to end user spec.
·Ensure direct and regular feedback to production of key field failure issues.
·Attend regular production meeting for engineering to review key issues with operations.
·Ensure all work instructions are current and appropriate in content and are controlled within the QMS system
·Be able to review current test sets and identify upgrades where required.
