The Company

Supplying some of the largest firms in the UK, this company have a purpose built site with lots of growth and plans for new work already in the pipeline, there are big expansion plans underway for 2010.

The Role

We are looking for electrically or mechanically biased engineers with experience of leading and supervising engineering maintenance teams in a food based environment. This is a mixed role that will require good, in depth technical abilities and the strength of character to organise, motivate and lead maintenance engineers to aid site production.

The Person

You will need to have experience in a FOOD maintenance environment, ideally in a supervisory or Chargehand capacity, and be familiar with the demands of a fast moving environment. You will not mind working shifts and be looking for a long-term move in a big, secure company where there will be lots of opportunities to train, both on new, top of the range kit and across different disciplines, and to take on more responsibility and get the rewards you’d expect with a major UK food player.
