The Company:
My client is a global business with a great future. Due to massive contract gains they are looking to recruit a number of new people into their manufacturing operation.

The Role:
Running a production line, organising a team, performing basic maintenance on the line and getting involved in complex changeovers of machinery. You will coach and develop a team of operators, lead continuous improvements and work to strict KPI’s.

Required Experience:

To be considered for this role you MUST be either:

1) Mechanical Maintenance Engineer who wants to supervise and direct a small operatives team and be the technical expert to keep the line running; OR
2) An experienced supervisor of staff in a production environment who has some hands-on mechanical experience and who wants to develop their technical skills further
