My client is currently recruiting for a strong and experienced Engineering Manager to join their established team.

Role:
Your main responsibilities will be running the department, looking after the team of 14 engineers (24/7 operation), engineering systems, budgets, H&S, environmental and installation of new machinery and lines.

Applicant:
You will have a proven background within maintenance engineering and ideally 2+ years management experience. Strong man management skills are a necessity. Food industry experience will be ideal for this position.
