One of the world leaders in design and manufacturing of medical devices within the treatment of cardiovascular diseases is seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer to come join their team in Renfrewshire, Scotland.

Working within the Research and Development department you will be responsible for the design and development of new products for the treatment of cardiovascular disease.

For this position you will need to have a degree in engineering either Mechanical or Material Science.

You also will need to have some Product Design experience preferably within the Medical Device field but experience from other sectors will also be considered.

This position will require you to be able to work with minimum supervision and be able to deal with people at all levels.

Must have experience of working with AutoCad

Also must have excellent attention to detail and be competent at carrying out necessary paperwork.
