Due to continued success, first class contract management opportunities now exist with this highly profitable company who specialise in the provision of helicopters and associated services to both the military and commercial sectors.

Your role will be to manage the company’s portfolio of contracts, advise on amendments to current contracts and understand the legal requirements. Working closely with the Bids teams, you will help to ensure that the contracts are in line with the company’s requirements. You will advise on general business documentation and on terms of business from standard purchasing agreements to large sub-contractor arrangements. You will also be required to advise on legislation changes and the effect on company documentation.

Successful candidates will come from a contracts or legal background ideally gained in the MOD, Aircraft, Defence or Aerospace environment. With proven experience of managing contracts of a legally binding nature, experience of MOD contractual requirements is a distinct advantage. Experience of contracts relating to overseas arrangements and commercial experience of business is required together with negotiating contracts on behalf of companies and experience of financial requirements and constraints involved with the setting up of new contracts and amending existing contracts. Good IT skills and experience of working with and in multi-functional project teams is essential.
