Project Engineer - UPS / Generators 6 month contract possibly leading to a Permanent position

An exciting opportunity for a Project Engineer who has an excellent understanding of Generator and UPS systems. You will join a leading provider of Electrical Equipment/Services and will primarily be involved with overseeing the installation and commissioning of Critical Power Applications. Please note: this is a home based role and a Broadband Internet line will be essential.

We are ideally looking for someone with an Electrical / Electronic Engineering qualification such as a BTEC / HND or equivalent. The role will involve full responsibility for every aspect of the project as it happens, being able to identify problems and solutions for the delivery, positioning, installation and commissioning of Generators and Uninterruptable Power Supplies in an economical way, ensuring that all deadlines are met whilst maintaining a professional service to both internal and external customers at all times.

The role is likely to be based around the M4 Corridor - Reading / Potters Bar area, with a lot of time spent on site. A Pool Car will be provided and the salary is likely to be in the region of £30-£35k pro rata plus benefits.

Should the position become Permanent then a Company Car will also be provided along with additional benefits
