Mechanical Project Engineer - Heavy Process Industry – Nottingham - £40,000

The Company specialises in designing, installing and commissioning thermal process equipment in the Metal Reclamation industry and are currently seeking a Project Engineer to work on projects in the UK and abroad.

Predominately office based, this role will encompass occasional international travel to client sites. You will be required to help co-ordinate various aspects of the projects in order to ensure they are delivered in accordance with the customer’s requirements; this will see you liaising with Design Engineers, Drawing Office, QA, Suppliers and Customers. You will be required to ensure designs meet the appropriate standards, source specialist equipment, produce data sheets, create installation and maintenance manuals and provide a technical interface between internal and external customers

The desired candidate for this position would have a Process /Thermal / Waste To Energy/ Power Generation or related background with a technical qualification and over 2 years of project engineering experience. This position offers a very competitive salary depending on skills and experience.
