Electrical Service /Commissioning Engineer (worldwide) - OTE £50k plus benefits - home based working UK and worldwide

An industry leading global company requires electrical service engineers to undertake work on generators and power systems.
Working for an International organisation that is heavily involved in the marine Industry, you will be responsible for the Servicing, Installation and Faultfinding on systems throughout the world.

A leading part of a team, you will have a good knowledge of commissioning of generator controls and power management systems and be a hands-on Engineer. The role is varied and will involve lots of overseas travel, resulting in a lot of time away from home, but you will be very well recompensed for this. The average earning for a Service Engineer is currently £50k+.

To be considered you should hold a recognized apprenticeship or HNC or equivalent level qualification in Electrical Engineering or Marine Engineering and have a good knowledge of High voltage switching experience, considerable experience of power generating plant and switchgear and knowledge of power system electrical protection (breakers and relays). Experience of power management systems (speed governors, voltage regulators and synchronising) would also be advantageous.

This is likely to be a home based role but you must be able to travel easily to an international airport, in order to be able to travel worldwide.
