SALES ACCOUNT MANAGER - ENGINEERING TESTING SERVICES
25-30K + 3-5k OTE + CAR + MOBILE + LAP TOP + PENSION + LIFE ASSURANCE

As a market leader in the provision of testing and certification services this billion pound global organization continues to flourish. Having doubled their turnover in the last 4 years, the business has again achieved double digit growth this year. As part of their expansion for 2010 there is a need for a sales account manager to develop the midlands and north.
THE ROLE
You will be selling a range of services including environmental, EMC and electrical safety testing. You will inherit a number of existing accounts to develop, as well as an existing database and leads from the marketing department to help your quest for new business. Selling into industrial markets such as renewable energy, food processing, aerospace, defence, and most importnatly medical products scope for growth is limitless. Typically you will be speaking to design and approvals engineers and managers, consulting on existing products and projects as well as future potential to create opportunities for business growth.
THE CANDIDATE
Currently our client is only accepting applicants who have the following background;
” A HNC/ HND or above in an engineering discipline, ideally electrical or electronic.
” A minimum of 2 years sales experience into the engineering market. ( A knowledge of the target markets would be advantageous).
” Most importantly have the drive and commitment to want to develop an area, be flexible to stay away and aspire to develop a career with a rapidly growing organization.
