The role:
Production Manager of a factory producing bespoke power transformers. Reporting to the MD of the company you will have 7 levels of staff reporting under you. Your main responsibility is to oversee the entire production in the factory. The position has become available because of internal promotion. The leaving production manager is moving to another company site abroad.

Are a leading producer of bespoke power transformers and components, who supply the OEM marketplace. They are a great firm to work for - friendly staff that respect each other.

The package:
Salary of 35k

Your application:
Ideally this will demonstrate your proven ‘man management’ skills. The client are looking for someone with the communication and leadership skills to tell people to ‘get going’ in a respectable manner.

Also highly desirable for this position electrical and manufacturing background - this is important because of the relatively complex production process in operation.
