An electronics company currently require a MRP Controller:

Through frequent communication with the Customer maintain an accurate and acknowledged sales order book. Load and maintain works orders and configured product route cards in line with sales orders. Manage all rechargeable costs.
Duties:
1.Raise TTV related RFQs for team to complete and manage through to quote completion.
2.Hold Contract Reviews for new Products.
3.Maintain Price Book on Avante
4.Receive purchase orders from the customer and load sales orders and works orders on to Avante in line with purchase orders.
5. Load works orders on to SMT plan so that Production can create capacity plan.
6. Maintain sales orders on Avante, moving sales orders and works orders as agreed by customer.
7. Maintain awareness of production progress and problems on PCB level build and feed this to Team and Customer as required.
8. Plan cell loading against customer configured product order book to meet where ever possible customer required delivery date. When this is not possible liaise with customer logistics to agree a new date. Organise and load Route cards to the cell as required.
9. Organise RMAs/de-kits of customer owned stock and stock consumes as requested and agreed.
10.Provide Customer Contact input to ECO system and recharge all
Costs as appropriate to the customer.
11.Manage MLs and PPVs for all manufactured parts that become
excess to MRP requirements.
12.Load and progress orders placed on Zhuhai.
13.Charge customer weekly & Monthly for all ARC rework charges.
14.Approve and recharge customer for all rechargeable tooling/charges.

The major objectives of the role include:-

The maintenance of an accurate and acknowledged customer sales order book through frequent communication with the customer.
The management of related quotes.
The loading and maintaining of sub-assembly works orders and customer configured product route cards in line with sales order.
