A Top Consultancy in Cambridge require an experienced Electronic Production Engineer to join their electronic production group.

You will be working alongside the Design Engineers working on PCB design including PCB layout, library part entry and checking and schematic capture.

You will work as a member of project teams to provide design for manufacture advice at all stages of the development process.

Your main skill should be multilayer PCB layout using CAD tools.

Experience in some or all of analogue and RF tracking, digital circuit layout, power electronics and digital circuit design is required.

A background in production engineering and knowledge of surface mount PCB assembly, including fine-pitched components, BGAs, board construction, via technologies and small passives (0402 / 0201) is required.

Ideally you should have a qualification in electronic engineering.
