The Ideal candidate will have the following:
- An apprenticeship, higher education or HM Forces background.
- A good working knowledge of fixed wing aircraft
- Understanding of an assembly / production line environment
- Avionic electrical skills would be advantageous
- Ability to communicate with all levels across the organisation.
