We are currently recruiting for a Requirements Manager for a permanent opportunity in South Wales. This is an exciting opportunity to join a market leader in the defence industry with a competitive package on offer.

The purpose of the role is to manage and lead all activities in the requirements management function across all project business areas. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical leadership to the RM group. In addition to this the role will oversee the definition and manage all RM workpackages across all the lines of business relating to RM function ensuring that the correct resource is allocated, ensure that all bids requiring input from are covered and that the bid content provided meets the ongoing work package management and GATE processes.

This role is part of the Management Team and working with other members to ensure that optimum level of RM service is applied across the activities of the engineering department by using certain documentation and processes from the bid stage to final completion of the project.

In addition to this there will be responsibilities for the RM department, for example, making sure that the department is within budget, appraisals etc.
